Your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of sending the results of your competence test in accordance with Article 6 par.1 (f) GDPR, i.e. of exercising the legally justified interest of the controller, which consists in the adjustment of the educational offer and planning a career path. The controller shall also have the right to process your personal data for the purpose of:organising events, conferences, contests, promotion and surveys in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (f) GDPR. carrying out promotional and advertising campaigns and other trade-related activities connected with the controller’s educational services, including in the form of mailing and SMS, fulfilling duties resulting from mutual agreements concerning providing information about partners’ products and services, including in the form of mailing, in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (a) GDPR and Article 10 Act on the provision of electronic services and Article 172 Act: Telecommunications law Your personal data shall not be subject to automated processing and profiling. Your personal data shall be retained:in case of processing for the purpose of sending the results of competence tests, for the period necessary to perform the above-mentioned task, in case of processing for the purpose of marketing the controller’s own products in accordance with the legally justified interest, until the interest exists or you object to processing in case you give consent to processing, until you withdraw it. Entities authorised to have access to your personal data based on the provisions of the law, authorised employees and entities that the controller requested or commissioned to process the data shall be the exclusive recipients of your personal data. You have the right to demand that the controller give you access to your personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object and the right to data portability. In case you give consent to process your personal data, you shall have the right to withdraw it at any time (with no effect on the compliance with the right to process them that was exercised prior to the withdrawal). You shall have the right to object to your personal data processing at any time. You have the right to complain to a supervisory body - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, necessary in order to perform the tasks for which they are collected.
